Giving up alcohol can be an empowering decision. At times it can feel really great to take control and stop battling with the moderation monsters. It’s one less thing to think about… Until you find yourself craving a drink.

Whilst it’s important to understand the real cause of a craving (lonely, bored, anxious, depressed…) it can be helpful to drink non alcoholic drinks when the craving is simply coming from feeling left out. In a world obsessed with booze, we can be faced with this feeling often.

Non alcoholic wines can become a useful tool for the non drinker. Sitting in the sun with a cold glass of rosé can be a relaxing summer past time for many. Though factually, drinking alcohol is anything but relaxing in the long run. With alcohol free alternatives, you can have the best of both worlds.

So rosé lovers, read on for a list of the UK’s best non alcoholic rosé – both still and sparkling. If you’re interested in more non alcoholic sparkling options, check out 7 Best Alcohol Free Prosecco UK.

FAQ

Why Drink Alcohol Free Wine?

Alcohol free wine can be a great alternative to alcoholic wines.

Whether you want to feel like you’re drinking without all of the crappy side effects, or maintain the illusion that you are drinking (if don’t want to have to explain yourself then that’s totally OK).

Sometimes it’s just the ritual of getting out a glass and pouring something in it to relax – personally I think non alcoholic wine is OK for all the above as long as you are aware of these associations.
